Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery with a proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, store receipt). If issued a refund, the cost of the item will be returned and does not include the shipping fees. We cannot process returns on gift cards or third party purchases.

Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

After the product is picked up by our courier, the delivery status is no longer in our control. Orders are shipped nationwide and are expected to take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on location and weather conditions.
